Hope you're doing well! We're working on our bid for the fashion week runway project.

One thing I didn't see clearly spelled out - what's the payment schedule looking like? We typically do 50% upfront, 50% on completion, but wanted to check what you guys prefer.

Also, the brief mentions "backdrop installation" but I want to make sure we're on the same page - are we building the actual backdrop structures or just installing pre-made panels?

Hi Jenna,

Payment terms are in the Vendor Collaboration Guide, section 2 - we do 30% deposit, 40% at midpoint, 30% on completion. All the details are there including invoicing requirements.

For the backdrop - you're building the structures per the specs in the brief (section 5, pages 8-9). The fabric panels are being handled separately, you're just doing the framework and rigging. Does that clarify things?
