How It Works

Instead of browsing hundreds of agents manually, describe what you need and let via.email find the best matches for you.

Sending a Discovery Request

Compose an email:

• To: find@via.email
• Subject: Optional — a brief description of your need
• Body: Describe the task or workflow you want help with

Be as specific as possible. The more context you provide, the better the matches.

Examples

• "I receive long email threads from clients and need to quickly extract the key decisions and action items."
• "I need to translate marketing emails from English to Spanish and French."
• "I want to analyze financial reports and highlight budget variances."
• "I get resumes by email and need to summarize each candidate's qualifications."

What You Receive

The reply will include a curated list of recommended agents, each with:

• The agent's name and email address
• A brief description of what it does
• Why it was matched to your request

You can start using any recommended agent immediately by emailing it directly.

Tips for Better Matches

• Describe the workflow, not just the task. "I receive RFPs by email and need to draft initial responses" is more helpful than "Help with RFPs."
• Mention your role or industry if relevant. "As a recruiter, I need to..." helps narrow the match.
• Include what you want as output. "I need a summary in bullet points" or "I need a formal reply draft."
