1. Payment of $32,000.00 in three installments over 12 months (first payment 30 days after execution)
2. Full and final release of all claims, known and unknown, arising from your employment and separation, including any claims under federal, state, or local employment laws
3. Mutual non-disparagement for a period of five years
4. Confidentiality of all settlement terms in perpetuity
5. Return of all company property within 7 days of execution
6. Cooperation clause requiring your availability for testimony in any related proceedings for 24 months at your own expense
7. Neutral reference limited to dates of employment and title
This offer expires on March 14, 2026. Please indicate acceptance by signing and returning the enclosed agreement.
