Role: Head of Customer Success, reporting to CRO. Must manage a team of 12, own net revenue retention, and build the renewal forecasting process from scratch.

Candidate 2 - James Oduya: 11 years in CS, currently VP at Parnell Group (enterprise). Manages 20 people. Very process-oriented, built the renewal ops function at his current company. Interview feedback: technically excellent but panel felt he was rigid and might struggle with our startup pace. Wants 15 percent more than our range.
Candidate 3 - Annika Holm: 7 years in CS plus 3 years in sales ops. Currently Senior Manager at Greylock Digital. Strongest analytical candidate by far, built predictive churn models. Interview panel loved her energy. Concern: has never held a director-level title and would be managing people more senior than her.
