The solution worked perfectly! Here's what resolved it:
1. Disabled SMB1 protocol in system features
2. Modified registry key HKLM SYSTEM CurrentControlSet Services lanmanserver parameters
3. Added RequireSecuritySignature DWORD value set to 0
4. Restarted the workstation
5. Mapped drive using UNC path with domain credentials
Network drive Z: now maps successfully on boot. Thanks for the quick resolution!
