Hi HR Team,
I need to report an incident that occurred this morning in the marketing department. Sarah Chen approached me visibly upset, claiming that Mike Rodriguez made inappropriate comments about her presentation during the client meeting. She said he interrupted her multiple times and made a comment about "women not understanding technical details" in front of the client.
Mike came to my office later saying Sarah was being oversensitive and that he was just trying to help correct some technical errors. He mentioned this isn't the first time they've had disagreements about project approaches.
Two other team members (Lisa Park and David Kim) were present during the meeting. Sarah is requesting that this be formally addressed. I've separated their work assignments for now.
This happened around 10:30 AM during our Pinnacle Industries client presentation. Please advise on next steps.
