Hi,
Attached is the March AP export from our accounting system (CSV, 156 invoices). Payment run is scheduled for Thursday morning.
Specific concerns:
- Pinnacle Supply Co submitted several invoices both electronically and via mail last month. Caught two duplicates worth $8,400 after we already paid.
- There are a few Meridian Logistics invoices around $4,200 that look suspiciously similar
- We switched from manual entry to automated import mid-month so there could be overlap
Last quarter we recovered $23K in duplicate payments but it took months of back and forth. Would rather catch them before the checks go out.
