Mira,
Attaching the draft memo from Priya's team. Lena wants it sent to all staff before the Friday all-hands and then adapted for a press release the week after. Legal hasn't seen it yet.
My concerns: the line about 40% productivity improvement is straight from the Velorix vendor deck and we have zero internal data to back it up. Also nothing in here about what happens to the claims processing team - everyone knows that's the group most affected and the silence is going to read as a dodge.
Can you clean this up? We need something that doesn't make promises we can't keep but also doesn't spook people.
