The scope of work outlined in this document covers the migration of Meridian's on-premise servers to a cloud-based architecture. This process, which include automated backups, redundancy protocols, and 24-hour monitoring, will be completed within a 90-day window. All cost associated with third-party licensing will be beared by Veltro Solutions for the duration of the initial contract period.
We believe this partnership will complement Meridian's long-term growth strategy and look forward to discussing next steps at your earliest convince.
Project Timeline
Phase one begins immediately upon signing. The project manager, along with the lead engineers, are responsible for delivering the Phase 1 audit report within 14 days. Following this, a detailed roadmap is presented to Meridian's stakeholders and feedback is incorporated before Phase 2 commence.
