Just got this offer and need to sign by Friday. Can you review the agreement? The salary is great but some of the legal language worries me.

Dear Alex,
We are pleased to extend the following offer for the position of Senior Product Manager:
- Base Salary: $165,000 annually
- Signing Bonus: $20,000 (subject to full repayment if voluntary resignation within 24 months)
- Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary, discretionary
- RSUs: 4,000 units vesting over 4 years with one-year cliff
- Start Date: April 1, 2026
Key agreement terms:
- All inventions, discoveries, and creative works conceived during employment or using any company resources belong exclusively to Northwell Dynamics
- 18-month non-compete covering all technology product management roles within North America
- Mandatory binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware for all employment disputes
- Termination: at-will, no severance unless approved by board at its discretion
- 90-day garden leave at 50% base salary upon resignation
Please sign and return the attached employment agreement by March 14.
