Please review and sign the attached Contractor Agreement before your start date. Here is the relevant IP section for your records:
Section 7. Intellectual Property.
7.1 Work Product. All work product, deliverables, inventions, discoveries, improvements, original works of authorship, trade secrets, and other intellectual property created by Contractor, either solely or jointly, during the term of this Agreement and related to the Company's current or anticipated business shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
7.2 Work for Hire. To the extent permitted by law, all work product shall be considered work made for hire. To the extent any work product does not qualify as work made for hire, Contractor hereby irrevocably assigns all right, title, and interest in such work product to the Company.
7.3 Moral Rights. Contractor waives all moral rights in the work product, including rights of attribution and integrity.
7.4 Disclosure. Contractor shall promptly disclose to the Company all inventions and original works of authorship made or conceived during the term of this Agreement.
7.5 No Prior IP listed.
