- Participant releases Summit Ridge Adventures, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action including those arising from the negligence of Summit Ridge Adventures
- Participant waives the right to sue for personal injury, property damage, wrongful death, or any other loss however caused
- This waiver is binding on the participant and their heirs, executors, and assigns
- Participant acknowledges that no verbal representations have been made regarding safety beyond what is in this document
