Subject: Urgent - Line 3 Defects Found
Jen - we've got a problem on Line 3. Found about 200 units from Batch #A-2401 with cracked casings. Sarah noticed it around 1:30 PM during routine inspection. We stopped production immediately and quarantined the affected units.
Looks like it started around 11 AM based on when we switched to the new plastic resin supplier. Temperature readings seem normal but the injection pressure was running high all morning - Tommy mentioned it but we thought it was just the new material.
Customer shipment for Bentley Corp is supposed to go out tomorrow. Need to know how to handle this ASAP. Photos attached.
