Write Security Bulletin
Describe a security topic or forward a threat advisory; get a company-ready bulletin in plain language with clear employee actions.
We are seeing a wave of emails this morning that look like they are from our accounts payable department but they are not. Can you turn this into a bulletin we can send to all staff by lunch?
Here is what we know so far:
Emails are coming from accounts-payable@oakhaven-corp.com (not our real domain which is @oakhavengroup.com). Subject lines say Updated Direct Deposit Form Required and link to a credential harvesting page. At least 12 employees have reported receiving one. Two people in the Denver office clicked the link but say they did not enter credentials. The emails include the recipient's actual name and department which means someone has our directory.
Thanks,
Rita Sandoval
