Fwd: Elena's thoughts on mid-market AI adoption - need LinkedIn article
Elena jotted these down after the Nexus conference last week. Can you turn this into a LinkedIn article? She is CTO at Arbor Systems (mid-market SaaS, 350 employees, series B). 12 years in enterprise tech, last 5 focused on AI implementation.

Subject: Thoughts from Nexus conference
Random notes from the panels:
Everyone at Nexus was talking about enterprise AI but the real story is mid-market. We are outpacing Fortune 500 companies in actual deployment because we do not have 18-month procurement cycles. Our implementation at three mid-market clients went from POC to production in 6 weeks. Try that at a bank.
The big guys have more data but we have more agility. Mid-market companies can fail fast, learn fast, iterate fast. Saw at least 4 panel speakers basically admit their enterprise AI projects are stuck in committee.
Controversial take: the AI readiness gap is not about technology, it is about organizational speed. The companies winning at AI are the ones that can make decisions in days, not quarters.
Also interesting: nobody is talking about the talent advantage. Mid-market companies are attracting AI talent because engineers want to ship, not sit in governance meetings.
