Mike,
After discussing with David (our CTO) and Lisa (procurement), we're interested in the 3-year package but need to address a few points:
1. The $180K annual fee is 15% higher than our current spend
2. We need implementation by Jan 15 for our Q1 product launch
3. David mentioned integration concerns with our existing CloudSystem platform
Lisa will handle contract review once we align on pricing. Can you get us a revised proposal by Friday?
We're also evaluating TechnoSolutions as an alternative.
