Good news - legal has cleared the MSA with only minor redlines on the data processing addendum. Jennifer can walk through those Thursday.
However, David raised concerns about the Q4 go-live timeline during yesterday's steering committee. Procurement is pushing back on the professional services allocation - they want to see a 15% reduction before final approval.
Jennifer and I are aligned on moving forward, but we need David's buy-in on timeline and budget. Can we set up a call this week?
