Nimbus Pro Analytics - Terms of Service (Effective January 15, 2026)
Section 4.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Meridian Arbitration Association in San Francisco, California. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Section 6.1 License Grant: By uploading content to the Service, you grant Nimbus Pro a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service and developing new products.
Section 7.3 Modifications: Nimbus Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
Section 9.1 Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless cancelled at least 60 days before the renewal date. Cancellations received after the 60-day window will take effect at the end of the following renewal period.
Section 10.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Nimbus Pro's total liability exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
