Here is where we stand across my open reqs. Need this formatted for the leadership sync Monday morning.
Senior Product Designer (opened 4 weeks ago): 3 candidates in final round, 1 offer pending response (Kai from Meridian, expecting answer by Thursday). 8 in earlier stages. Feeling good about this one.
Backend Engineer - Payments (opened 6 weeks ago): This one is stuck. Had 12 applicants, phone screened 5, only 2 made it to technical round and 1 just withdrew. Need to reactivate sourcing. The hiring manager wants someone with payment processing experience specifically which is narrowing the pool.
Customer Success Manager (opened 2 weeks ago): 22 applicants so far, screening started this week. No interviews scheduled yet. Should have first phone screens done by Friday.
Data Analyst - Finance (opened 3 weeks ago): 4 candidates post-phone-screen, 2 scheduled for panel interview next week. Pipeline feels thin. Hiring manager rejected 3 candidates last week for not having enough SQL experience.
