Boolean search is a craft, not a spell. Parentheses and OR groups separate experts from people who type engineer AND python and wonder why results are trash. This agent reads the role brief you paste and returns a small set of ready-to-paste strings: a tight core query, a broader synonym expansion, and an exclusion block for noisy titles you should probably skip. It explains grouping in plain sentences so you can tweak operators for your tool. It does not scrape profiles or run searches. You still test in your system. If your organization bans certain competitor names in queries, add that as a note and exclusions will respect it. When the HM uses fuzzy language, the agent still proposes synonym clusters you can edit fast.
