It has come to our attention that you are operating a business under the name GreenPulse in connection with beverage delivery services. Your use of this mark constitutes trademark infringement under 15 U.S.C. 1114 and unfair competition under 15 U.S.C. 1125(a).

Failure to comply within ten (10) business days will result in our client pursuing all available legal remedies including injunctive relief and monetary damages.
